Magpie:
Only if by "standing up to bullies" you mean insulting or hexing people 
who have said something you don't like. I don't think her running into 
or hexing Zach in HBP can be described as standing up to a bully, just 
shutting up somebody who annoys her. Even when Zach is making snide 
remarks in his commentary he's not bullying. The first time she hexes 
him he's just asking her what happened at the MoM.
