Of course there is the problem of Narcissa Black Malfoy.  I can't find 
any evidence that she was a Slytherin, but JKR does say in an online 
chat that while not a fully paid up Death Eater she sympathized with 
them wholeheartedly. But then--for her own selfish reasons--she pretends HP is dead so she can get to the castle to rescue Draco. 

She certainly has Slytherin tendencies and heritage.
