Well, let's see.  SB is in hiding in an unplotable, secret house with 
tons of defensive mechanisms.  I'm not sure half a dozen people clinging 
to a portkey could have made it in by themselves, or that Sirius 
wouldn't have emerged loaded for bear with a hair triggered wand.
