That's comparing apples and oranges.  Mr & Mrs Weasley are adult  wizards 
and  capable of defending themselves and their family from a  magical attack. 
The Grangers aren't.  I suppose that they could have tried  the Fidelius 
(sp) charm but seeing how well it worked for Harry's parents,  Hermione might 
not have enough faith to trust her parents to it.

True but that doesn't settle the matter of whether or not they could  have 
discussed the option or it they agreed. We just don't have the canon  (or 
interview material) to support either claim.
