Were the Weasleys (particularly Molly) in the 1st OOP?

I think it was in OoP--Lupin says something to Molly along the line of "you weren't in the Order the first time around." or it may have been, "You and Arthur weren't in the Order...." Does anyone have the actual chapter and book?

Arthur and Molly seem to have eloped right after school and started a family. I'm not sure they would have been good candidates for the Order at the time.
