I think it was in OoP--Lupin says something to Molly along the line of "you 
weren't
in the Order the first time around." or it may have been, "You and Arthur 
weren't
in the Order...." Does anyone have the actual chapter and book?

Peggy:  It's in Order of the Phoenix, in the chapter where Mrs. Weasley 
can't get rid of the boggart (Chapter 9, The Woes of Mrs. Weasley).  Lupin 
says, "Look, I can't promise no one's going to get hurt, nobody can promise 
that, but we're much better off than we were last time, you weren't in the 
Order then, you don't understand, ...".

Is that what you were looking for?
