That is a very good point you made Andy, about Barty sr and jr
(are you really Dr Phil lol), I think you may be on to some thing.
Maybe Jr had it in him to be evil but maybe if Sr had treated him
like he was worth some thing to him he may have gone the other
way. I believe we all have it in us to be good or bad and it is
up to us which one we become and some times the way we go has a
lot to do with the way we are loved. As for Snape I think he went
to Voldemort because he was power hungry and probably felt betrayed
by the fact that the woman he loved had married his enemy.
