I am sure everyone here read that but knowing a lot of curses
does not make one a genius and does not necessarily make Voldemort
see him as useful. Maybe you did not read (like the rest of us
did) that Dumbledore had said that Voldemort did not consider
anyone to be his friend. He really had no use for anyone in a
personal way and only used people. He wouldn't care what Snape
was capable of. In case you missed it there were a couple of
times when he allowed people who were of great help to him to die
when he was finished with them. IE Quirrell in the Philosopher's
Stone and then Snape at the end of The Deathly Hallows. You may
want to read those two but I am certain the rest of us read
Goblet of Fire.
