Dave:
Even though CNN chose to make the heading about Time Travel (more 
sensationalist, I guess), the quoted guidelines mention other things, 
with "fantasy" heading the list, so it seems to me these's a lot in 
Harry Potter that they have to object to, of which time-travel is the least...

(I'm not sure what they mean by, "ambiguous moral lessons, and a lack 
of positive thinking", but I'm guessing that in the mind of such an 
authoritarian regime that that would probably include defying or 
questioning authority, which HP is chock full of...)
