Geoff:
I don't think even Harry regularly referred to him by any of these 
names until he used his real name during the last duel. I have a 
feeling  that only Dumbledore used his given name in the timescale 
of the books.

And isn't Morty an invention of these groups? Correct me if I'm 
wrong please.
