Jean:
- I quite agree, however, telling them would have served no purpose
in the plot, and I don't think we're supposed to think too deeply
about this issue, it was seemingly just a convenient plot device for
that book, which Rowling then had to gloss over a bit as to why they'd
never been used before/after, and mention that all the TimeTurners
were destroyed.
