Monika (newbie):

I quite agree with that - not to want anything anymore and be content with
what he had must have been something he pondered a lot.

Otherwise maybe.. he saw Harry alive and well and Voldemort gone? (though at
this stage he didn't know yet Harry's a horcrux as well..)

Is it suggested that this desire we see in the Mirror of Erised should be
self-centered or not necessarily?
