I never knew Molly could be a nickname for Mary. Interesting!

For Fred, I think the reference was to the several 8th through 10th century kings named Alfred. I should have singled out Ron, I'm pretty sure there were no English kings named Ronald. And right now I can't recall any kings named Percival (Percy) either; can someone shed light on that one?
