To an extent. But based on the little we know about her father I'd say there might be some important differences. I could believe that Luna in part embraced her father's crazy theories to feel close to him and maybe even to keep the memory of her mother alive. But I'm not so sure that if she didn't agree with him he would reject her.

Lucius, otoh, is a bit of a bully who criticizes Draco with comments about how he might not be good for anything etc., and his mother's family blasts people off the family tree. So I would definitely say that with Draco there was probably more of a fear factor there. In Muggle terms I can see Luna more like the child of passionate vegans teaching some theories that might not actually be accurate. Draco's being raised as part of an angry gang.
