The Odd part of that is that Prince Harry has to have been alive when she made that comment. He was born in 1984, and I believe the story takes place in the early 1990's.

Of course Prince Harry is not actually named 'Harry'. His full name is-

Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales

Still, I think Petunia is one of those delusional people, who upon having this piece of information thrust on her, would have simply replied, "Well, that's different."
