Your statement, "When my holiday ends, I will carry on with my schooling," also implies that you are currently in school and so, will carry on with schooling once the holiday is over.  If you were not already in school, then after the holiday you might consider beginning school or enrolling.  To carry on implies an action that is currently on-going and expected to go on into the future.
