	I did not respond to this thread because it would be the Dark Lord for all of the evil he does, Professor Snape for bullying his students, and Umbridge for torturing students and the crimes against the muggle-borns.  In other words, my list would be the same 3 as everyone else.

	Now we get into the absurd:

	Professor Richard Dawkins is not a character in HP and is not scary at all.  The scary people are the flat/young-Earth geocentric creationists, also known as CDesign Proponentsists, trying to ruin education and the religious bigots harassing nonbelievers.
