unique pottermore question?

Greetings folks,
Writing for a person who is wanting to use pottermore with a 
screen reader. I have her permission to connect her 
electronically with anyone who may be able to help.  Apparently 
the guide materials do not address her specific needs. Feel 
free to write off list if you are making use of the items at 
pottermore with speech.
