I agree with Brad.

Not only was this contract a fraud, Harry was underage so he couldn't sign a binding contract. If that's not true under Wizarding law, then there is something fundamentally wrong with Wizarding law.Harry should have been "allowed" to get out this contract anyway because there should have been away to prove that "he" didn't put his name, for example truth potion, into the goblet. This bothered me too, which is why this book isn't one of my favorites.
