I always find it interesting when people choose to let their personal
antipathies interfere with their enjoyment of fiction. Always. . .

These books we're talking about now are just that, fiction. There's no
place for throwing aspersions around concerning the "world" a book or
series of books is written in or those who either wrote or read those books.
