Oh but Dumbledore did apologize to Harry! During the Kings Cross exchange he asks Harry to forgive him, admitting his faults, and claiming to Harry that Albus believed Harry to be the better man. Frankly I cannot imagine Dumbledore saying I am sorry in a more important way for himself I mean. Have a very harry Christmas! Kare
