While I haven't read the Cursed Child, I also can't see Voldemort with Bella.  He seems so dismissive of her other than her being one of his minions.  He is so obsessed with becoming alive again that I can't see him being with anyone, like he needs no one other than death eaters.

Indeed, pregnancy probably wasn't necessary either.  I'm imagining Bellatrix, obsessed with Voldemort, armed with one of his fingernails, a cauldron, and some of her own bodily fluids.  If you can't use dark magic to avoid all the interesting bits of reproduction, what good is it?
