Hey!

It's been a long time since I wandered the dusty halls of HPfGU. I owe the wonderful people on this group so, so much! The Lexicon got its start as a resource for our discussions on this group, after all.

I see many names of Potter fans with whom I spent long hours discussing and debating Potter canon. I wonder if they're still around, or if they have "moved on," as Dumbledore would say. Several of them wrote essays for the Harry Potter Lexicon way back when -- and essays by HPfGU members were always the best ones. Many if not most started as lengthy discussions right here on this group.

We have completely revamped the Lexicon over the past couple of years and I would love to start including more top quality essays on the site. Are there any of the Old Crowd around who would like to write something again? What about the new members, maybe those who have no idea who some of us original group members even are.

We're also featuring fan artwork on every page we possibly can, so if you are an artist or know of an artist who might want to have their work featured, speak up.

If you're one of the Old Crowd and would like to update your author page on the new Lexicon, let me know. Or just drop me a line to let me know how you're doing. Seems like it's been a few lifetimes since the old eGroup days...
