For those of you not in the NYC area (which is most of the group, I would assume), we have an all-day news channel called NY1. Every morning, they do a top 5 list (music, movies, books, etc..). For books, they poll Coliseum books for "what people are buying." Coliseum books is probably one of the most popular book stores in the city, and is really geared more for grown-ups. Rather posh, hoity-toity, if you know what I mean. Anyway, this morning, among hardbacks, Goblet of Fire came in number 3. And both paperbacks were on the list. So don't lose heart. Some people are not "above" acknowledging these books as bestsellers.
