Magic could fix poor eye sight, I mean muggles can fix poor eye sight so people in the magical community should be able to as well, and it just that the wizard or witch with poor eye sight has to ask for the procedure then pay for it and some would just as soon as keep there classes then pay for the procedure or like Harry not think to ask.
