so what are the reasons behind her less admirable qualities? As Hermione is my favorite character(she reminds me of myself and i'm not afraid to say it, i like being a know-it-all) and i'm in constant hope that Harry will come to know Hermione and her life away from school work further.  Harry knows Ron real well so therefore we know Ron well BUT our knowledge of Hermione isn't so great and i hope it becomes so in the next books.
