I though of that too but then I decided with all the tantrums he's thrown I think that something unuasully would have happened.  I recently thought of something too, Hagrid refered to the Dursleys as the biggest muggles he's ever seen meaning completely non magical, nada, nothing, and as these were Jo's words I really don't think it'll be a Dursley.  But she always does tend to throw us about doesn't she :)
