I would hope there would be one in Wisonsin-flying witches could explain all of those UFO sitings & strange phenomenon in the northern area!  Or how about Roswell, NM?  Same reasoning.  Like the NYC idea!  Who in NYC would notice (or care if they did) someone walking down the street in wizard robes and pointed hat?  Theatre people, sheesh!
