<div>I doubt that Hermione had the Dark Mark. While
Polyjuice potion copies the person's looks, voice,
i.e., it cannot copy magic. The Dark Mark is a
magic that cannot be that easy to copy, otherwise
the Order of the Phoenix would have used it to
defeat Voldemort. I believe the same holds true
for magic like metamorphmagus, animagus and
parsletongue. Those are things a simple polyjuice
potion can't copy.
