After I wrote this post I started seeing what I could find. I do not read fan fiction, so have no frame of reference. So I googled. Best quality Harry Potter fan fiction? And found old site posts referencing things. Before I tried the google I looked at fanfiction.net swiftly learning this might not be as rich as desired. Still that google produced the one and likely only one fan fiction work I am going to read, called Questions and Answers by little0bird. The work won some awards and the like, it9;s next gen. However why read fan fiction, when Rowling herself still fortifies the story? I mean checking my google news entertainment section, and there she is, it's sensational. A new play next year, Harry Potter and The Cursed Child. She wrote the screenplay for Fantastic Beasts which is in production. The person who wrote the Questions and Answers book clearly loves the characters, I will finish it if I can get the entire thing. Nothing like the source though, and Rowling has no equal on that front. Kare
