to save Harry. And then Dumbledore used a charm and then decided to

Of course it was real. And having Voldemort having Harry's blood did not change the fact that Harry was protected. The significance of Voldemort having Harry's blood came when Harry sacrificed himself at the end of DH. Since Lilly's charm still lived in Voldemort, Harry survived. </div><div id="ygrps-yiv-1179363635AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="ygrps-yiv-1179363635AppleMailSignature">I'm not sure what you mean about the Longbottoms.
