I know I know where was I when you read everything the first time? smiles.<br>
Still, I am not sure there is an answer, which seems really odd to me.<br>
There is a Department of magical games & sports.  What ministry department <br>
has artistic  work under its administration?    There are references to <br>
music more than once, and clearly paintings tapestries, statues  have a <br>
place.<br>
So there must be a department in the ministry  whose job it is to manage <br>
their magical creation, the risk of muggle interaction with magical art, <br>
that sort of thing?<br>
