I'm also confused on this.  How much would be changed?  Could Tonks 
become Sirius's significant other rather than cousin?  Could Sirius 
not be an idiot and inform Harry about the mirror when floos to the 
kitchen?

Expanding the DA would be good.  By far my favorite parts of the 
book.
