Well I watched the DVD again (just to be sure, of course), and it seems all of
a piece with Hermione's comment that punching out Draco 'felt good'. It could
be that we're being set up for a Wizard War and that feeling good about
beating up the Other Side, unfair advantages included, is important
psychological preparation. It just feels different to the way it's presented
in the book, it gives me the niggles. And I suddenly wonder: is there
something important about the WW that Harry hasn't understood yet? Or been
told about? That's staring us in the face perhaps?
