Amen, brother, amen.

I am a consultant of sorts. Most studies I get involved in have a
fairly common pattern which I am beginning to suspect applies to the
arc of one's life. In the early stages the customer wants you to
verify that his suspected answer to his question is the correct
one. After a while you struggle to answer the question. At the end
the study can be counted a success if you have successfully
identified the question at all.

Douglas Adams was a wise man.
