I always thought the liquid in the basin contained the bad memories
of others such as the people LV tortured, killed and turned into
inferi to guard the locket. IIRC, the basin was discribed as as
penseive-like only the liquid in the bowl is green. Since this is LV
we are talking about, why couldn't his pensieve liquid be green.
Its bad enough to die a slow death from poisoning but having to live
the nightmares or bad memories of others before you kick the
bucket...yucko!
