Why is it odd?  Moody lent his invisibility cloak to the Order so
that members could guard the prophecy in the MOM.  Why wouldn't James
- going into hiding under the Fidelimus (or whatever) Spell and
knowing he wouldn't be needing his cloak - loan it to Dumbledore for
Order purposes?
