Yes, Fran, let me tell you -- the tunnel vision?  PAY ATTENTION to that and get thee *down* on the ground!  I have managed to fend off what seemed like a sure faint by lying flat on my back for several minutes.  As for feeling like you're falling in slo-mo... I wonder if any witnesses could confirm or deny?  My husband says I pretty much just THUMP! right down, hard.  Ain't nothin' graceful about it, I don't think.
