I  would assume so, unless the entry allows an out, e.g. "thought to
be..."

There are gaps, though they relate to connections critical to various
plot threads. Nice spoiler policy. No mention that Lupin is a werewolf, 
nor that Peter, Scabbers and Animagus make an interesting connection, 
nor are Frank & Alice Longbottom among the 'L's', though they do get a 
mention buried among the original members of the Order. And once 
again we are left clueless as to what the Dark Arts actually consist of.

But I feel comforted. 
Under A.K. is the definitive statement - "This spell cannot be blocked."
A dainty morsel to feed to my pet Possession Theory.
