[OT] Empty digest - digest-readers will want to go to the group site

Yes, I've gotten a blank digest from the groups I use that setting for, too.
Doesn't look like it will be resent, but ones appearing after are coming
through in the new format.  On the plus side, the search functions looks
to have been improved mightily, though I've yet to fiddle with it...
