Do they really still deliver, at all? The last time I had a milkman, 
I was a kid in my parent's home.  Okay, I didn't actually HAVE the 
milkman, just his delivery services...oh, never mind.

And bottles...do they still use those?  And collect empties?  Sounds 
like life 40 years ago.

Talisman saying, that's it then! Petunia woke up at 2:00 AM, 
suddenly recalling that she hadn't set out the empties.  She 
scurried to the door with her arms full of bottles--and got a nasty 
surprise. 

Now we see that poor widdle Harry only had to camp out on the 
doorstep for a few hours.
