I agree that the extra allocation  of housepoints at the end of Philsophre's 
Stone was rather suspect, but your following deduction is totally wrong.

Somebody isn't consulting canon.

This is the summer of 1992 so Gryffindor could not have won the Cup more 
recently than 1985.....
