accusations that almost demand a response.

Nah. 

'Cept to say you'll be delighted to hear that it's highly probable that I'll be 
down-grading to occasional lurk mode in the not too distant future. There's
little left to discuss of HP that interests me all that much.

In the meantime - you skip my posts and I promise not to respond to
