It looks to me as if the house-elf (whomever he/she is) could be waving 
Gryffindor's sword (note the ruby-encrusted hilt).

Swords, treasure, hallows - perhaps my Accio paper on Arthurian-HP 
connections might have actually had some foundation in reality after 
all :)
