If there is a midnight release at Borders or Barnes and Noble, I will be
happy to donate my large living room floor to the cause (dog allergy
sufferers, beware!). There is a B&N in Palmdale, about 20 minutes from me
and last time the GoF line wasn't too bad, IIRC. (I sent my son to stand in
line for me, so I can't report first hand. (This is a major perk of having
grown up children live with you.) )

If we have to go to the Borders in Santa Clarita, it is about 35 minutes
from my house.
