I haven't said much, but to let you know that I'm up for a line- or
slumber-party or whatever. Although I'd like to have a follow-up, say, a
week later, to discuss what we've read. Of course, I can only imagine what
the list will be looking like about that time ....

Actually, I wanted to plan a So-Cal get-together anyway, but only got a
couple of positive responses when I broached the subject last month. Maybe
you guys got scared off when I described it as a Yule Ball rather than a
pizza party, which is what I thought it would actually be?

Anyway, back to lurking. June is a long way off - there is plenty of time
to make plans. Too bad it takes a book release or a movie premier before we
can ever meet.
