Love sourdough AND Dim Sum ! I could use a time turner....I'll be up in the 
Bay area (Sausalito) for a few days mid October, taking a CEU class for SHEN 
therapy.

On the other hand, Long Beach and LA are just a few hours from San 
Diego....and I know some great Dim Sum here in San Diego.
