Hi, Everyone! 

Hopelessly late to this discussion, but I just joined this group 
today. I'm a member of the LJ community, but forgot to ever join the 
Yahoo Group until I happened to be doodling around on the HPFGU 
Portkey and remembered. <g>

Anyhow, I'm the Bay Area (San Ramon, in the East Bay), and would 
LOVE to get together with others in the area. Maybe we can get 
something scheduled in the next month or so? I'm certainly willing 
to come into San Francisco, but I wonder if San Jose might not be 
more convenient? I love SF, but the traffic can be such a nightmare.
