Hi Rick, and a early Happy Birthday to you.  Santa  Cruz sounds wonderful to 
me, seeing as I live here.  I don't know if  anyone else wants to come all the 
way here or not though.  I have the  newspaper in front of me as I type, and 
currently the movie is  playing at:
41st Ave. Cinemas
Santa Cruz Cinema 9
Scotts Valley 6 Cinemas and
The Skyview Drive-in
I would suggest the Scotts Valley 6 Cinemas or the 41st Ave Cinemas, the  
Santa Cruz 9 has small theaters, and you can hear the movie playing next to  you. 
 The Drive-in is always fun, that's where I took my kids last night so  they 
wouldn't bother anyone else.  Of course I saw it with Cindy earlier in  the 
day, minus my kids.
We also have a british pub called Brittania Arms that would be lots of  fun 
to go to, I've never suggested it before because it is so far for most  people 
to come over here, but the pub is a lot of fun.
