Thanks for the directions, Penny.  I really *was* confused for some reason... 
otherwise, I would have just updated the database instead of creating a new 
table.

Unfortunately, I have 100 kids to assign class jobs before bed and am booked 
solid every evening this week.  The earliest I could get to it is 
Friday--right before I pack up my computer and move it.  :(  Would this be 
OK?  I don't want to shirk my part of the message load.  And yes, I'm still 
OK for the FAQs.
